Rotary machines are able to fill and cap bottles fully automatically.

These rotary machines, robust and compact, guarantee an hourly production of about 2000 -3500 pcs / h.

Kerman double unit is equipped with a multi-head filling station and a double-head cap placing and capping system for different types of plastic bottles, glass jars and bottles.

The extended possibility of customization makes it possible to use it both in the food sector, for filling and capping jams, sauces, sauces and pates, and in the cosmetic and chemical sector for filling and capping shampoos, creams, bubble baths, oils, paints, pastes and colours.
Other stations dedicated to the end of line can be added as labelling machines, markers, induction sealers, sleeve applicators.

• The versatility of KERMAN is also given by the wide range of filling volumes. Suitable to fill small and medium-sized containers, up to a volume of about 5l; thanks to this versatility the machine can satisfy most of the filling needs.
• The filling station can be customised for what concerns the structures as well as the number of volumetric dosers, entirely built-in stainless steel, equipped with positive shut-off system and up/down filling. All the filling heads can be heated to avoid any drop in the temperature.
