The continuous cooker serves the scalding or continuous-cycle cooking of a wide range of products, with direct heating system through steam-water mixing injector and indirect system by means of a steam path at the bottom of the machine.
Production: variable from 10 to 50 q / h (depending on the product, heat treatment – sunburn or cooking and cycle time).
