Cooking Pan

The cooking pan is a very present machine in the agri-food sector and provides different levels of automation and components, based on the product to be treated and the use made of it.

The cooking pan can be heated by means of steam, electric resistances with di-thermo oil and direct flame (with gas burner).

In addition, the trays can be mounted on a scaffold where the loading and unloading of the products takes place automatically with the possibility of controlling the mixing via a PLC with touchscreen interface.
