Rotary filling and capping Monoblock for liquid and creamy food products into glass jars or plastic containers, composed of:
- Filling with volumetric dosers.
- Cap placement with Pick&Place device.
- Magnetic feeder to load the twist-off caps on the belt.
- Denester for plastic lids on the belt.
- Capping of twist-off aluminium cap.
- Format changeover: capping of plastic lid by pressure
Hourly production: 1500 pcs/h with 250ml.
The automatic filling and capping machine has several possibilities of customization according to customer requirements, for instance it can be a jam filling machine as well as a cosmetic filling machine.
