Continuous Cooler Cooker

This model of cooker is suitable for continuous cooking with saturated steam or boiling water of leafy vegetables, in small pieces, cubes and washers and for whole or chopped fruit.

The machine can cook both in envelope and in bulk with adjustable cooking times through the speed of the tape (controlled by inverter).

Production: variable from 1 to 20 q / h (depending on the product, heat treatment – sunburn or cooking and cycle time).
